Terms of Service – Sirofy
Welcome to Sirofy. By placing an order on our website, Instagram, WhatsApp, or any other platform, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing your order.
1. Custom Printed Products
Sirofy provides print-on-demand and custom printing services including but not limited to:
- T-Shirts
- Hoodies
- Mugs
- Bottles
- Mobile Covers
- Caps
- Tote Bags
- Other personalized products
All products are specially printed and customized according to the customer’s selected design, photo, name, text, logo, or artwork.
2. Size Selection Responsibility
Customers are requested to carefully check the size chart before placing an order.
- Please select your size according to the provided size chart.
- Sirofy will not be responsible for incorrect size selection made by the customer.
- Minor measurement variations may occur due to manufacturing tolerances.
Once the order is confirmed, size changes may not be possible.
3. Order Confirmation
After placing an order:
- Our team may contact you on WhatsApp, phone, email, or Instagram for design confirmation.
- Production begins only after design approval and order confirmation.
- Customers must provide correct contact details and shipping information.
4. Cancellation Policy
Since all products are custom-made and printed specifically for each customer:
- Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
- No cancellation requests will be accepted after printing has started.
- Sirofy reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests for customized orders.
5. Return & Refund Policy
Customized and print-on-demand products are non-returnable and non-refundable because they are made specifically for individual customers.
Therefore:
- No returns
- No refunds
- No exchanges
will be accepted for:
- Wrong size selected by customer
- Change of mind
- Personal preference issues
- Color expectations
- Design approval after confirmation
6. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If the customer receives:
- A damaged product
- A defective item
- Wrong product sent by mistake
- Manufacturing defect
The customer must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order details
- Clear unboxing video
- Product photos
After verification, Sirofy may offer:
- Replacement product
or - Refund (if replacement is not possible)
Claims without proper proof may not be accepted.
7. Design & Copyright Responsibility
Customers are responsible for the designs, images, logos, text, or artwork they submit.
By submitting a design, the customer confirms that:
- They own the rights to the content
or - They have permission to use it
Sirofy is not responsible for copyright, trademark, or legal issues arising from customer-submitted content.
We reserve the right to reject offensive, illegal, hateful, or copyrighted content.
8. Product Color & Print Variation
Actual product colors and print appearance may vary slightly due to:
- Screen brightness
- Photography lighting
- Printing process
- Fabric material
Minor variations are normal in custom printing.
9. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier services.
- Delays caused by courier companies, weather, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
- Customers must provide accurate shipping information.
10. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD availability may vary depending on location and order value.
Sirofy reserves the right to disable COD for certain orders.
11. Limitation of Liability
Sirofy shall not be liable for:
- Indirect damages
- Delayed deliveries
- Customer-provided incorrect information
- Misuse of products
- Third-party courier issues
12. Changes to Terms
Sirofy reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of our services means acceptance of updated terms.
