All products at Sirofy are made-to-order and custom printed specially for each customer.

• Orders are usually processed and shipped within 48 hours after order confirmation and design approval.
• During high order volume, festivals, or special sales, processing time may be slightly longer.

2. Delivery Time

After dispatch, delivery time depends on your shipping address and courier service availability.

Estimated delivery timeline:

• Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
• Other Locations: 5–10 business days

In some remote areas, delivery may take additional time.

We currently ship across India.

Shipping availability may vary for certain remote or restricted locations.

4. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped:

• Tracking details may be shared via WhatsApp, SMS, email, or courier tracking link.
• Customers are responsible for checking shipment updates.

• Incomplete details

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping returned parcels.

7. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

• Please record an unboxing video immediately.
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof.

Without an unboxing video, claims may not be accepted.
