Return & Refund Policy – Sirofy

At Sirofy, all products are custom printed and made specially for each customer. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product is damaged during transit
  • The product has a manufacturing defect
  • Wrong product was delivered

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to request a return or replacement.


2. Non-Returnable Products

Since our products are customized and printed on demand, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Wrong size selected by customer
  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference
  • Design approval after confirmation
  • Minor color variation
  • Incorrect address provided by customer

3. Return Request Process

To request a return or refund:

Step 1:

Share the following details:

  • Order number
  • Clear product photos
  • Proper unboxing video
  • Description of issue

Step 3:

Our team will review the request and verify the issue.

If approved, we may provide:

  • Replacement product
    or
  • Full refund (if replacement is not possible)

4. Important Conditions

  • Claims made after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
  • Unboxing video is mandatory for damaged or wrong product claims.
  • Product must be unused and in original condition.

5. Refund Timeline

If a refund is approved:

  • Refund will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refund timeline may take 5–7 business days depending on bank/payment provider.

6. Cancellation Policy

Once a custom order is confirmed and printing has started:

  • No cancellation
  • No refund
  • No exchange

will be allowed.
